RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For Print-on-Demand Products (Highland Cow Range)
Items from our Highland Cow range are printed to order and therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from NB Store. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Supplier-Fulfilled Items The majority of our products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. Returns on supplier-fulfilled items are accepted within 45 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at help@nbonlinestore.com to initiate a return and we will guide you through the process.
Please note that delivery for supplier-fulfilled items can take 10–28 business days depending on your location.

How to Return Contact us at help@nbonlinestore.com with your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at help@nbonlinestore.com and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at help@nbonlinestore.com.
